This is what I've been able to complete so far, because I was absent for a day. I have learned a lot using dream weaver, and so far I think its turning out well.

Oz Poster

I used contrast to direct people eyes to the title. I used red to contrast the yellow. The red also defines the outline of the characters. The red stands out and catches the attention of on goers.I used alignment to fill the page and make it look interesting. I arranged the title so it would stand out. I put the information in its own column so it would be orderly. I repeated the red color to add to the contrast. I also repeated the white so that it would look nice next to the red. I used proximity to have my letters close together and help fill the page. I only left blank space where it was necessary.

Anatomy of Typogrophy

What Was The Project?

Project was a diagram of the anatomy of typography. We had to label our font. We had to show what parts of the font were in correlation to the label. We had to place the labels in the correct positions.

What Did I Learn?

I learned the different parts of font. I learned that the parts of fonts, like serifs, will vary based on font. I learned how to use the line segment tool. I also learned more about how to use adobe illustrator, and about all the different parts of font and what they are called.

How Did I Do?

I think that i did well. I worked well in class. I also helped the people around me when needed. I stayed focused on my task. In the project i also did more than was required.

Colour Wheel

Colour Wheel

What Was the Project?

The project was us making a colour wheel. We also had to label the colours. Its also required us to use Adobe Illustrator. We had to put them in the correct order and position.

What Did I Learn?

I learned how to use Adobe Illustrator. I learned how to use the variety of tools it has to offer. I learned the different color schemes. I learned that some of the color schemes, like tint, effect the colour itself, but some others are just groups of colours.

How Did I Do?

I feel like i did good, considering i got 100 on this assignment. Something i would do differently is use a different font. I would also make the colors myself, instead of using the ones provided.

Color Schemes of Logos

Analogous Logos

This logo uses the analogous colors of red and yellow. I think the company probably chose these colors because they are friendly and welcome you into their establishment. They also make you hungry.

This logo uses the analogous colors of brown and light brown.
I think this company used this color because they want you to know that they make honest, and authentic soda.

Complementary Logos

This company uses the complimentary colors of red/orange and green. I think they chose these colors to say that they are relatable,
energetic and reliable. Also they're the only petrol station around that sells Arizona Tea so I like them.

This company uses the complimentary colors of red and green. I think they use these colors to show that they are friendly, and have natural ingredients.

Warm Logos

This company uses the warm colors of red and yellow. I think that they use these colors to show that they are energetic, cautious and intellectual.

This company uses the warm colors of yellow and red. I think they use these colors to show friendliness, that they are quick, and to catch the attention of people driving by.

Cool Logos

This company uses the cool color blue. I think they used this color for simplicity, and to show trust and dependability.

This company uses the color of blue. I think they use this color to say that they are family friendly, fun and to catch the attention of people going by.

Monochromatic Logos

This company uses monochromatic blue. I think they use this color to be sleek, sophisticated, and look more professional.

This logo uses monochromatic green. I think they use this color to look natural, seem safe and inviting and draw people in.

Triadic Logos

This company uses the triadic colors of red, yellow and blue.
I think they use these colors to show friendliness, energy and
to say that they are fun.

This company uses the triadic colors of red yellow and blue, with green. I think they use these colors to show dependability, diversity and to be appealing.

ONW PRINTING PROCESS

How to Print a Document at Olathe NorthWest
Our groups process was pretty simple. We just took our shots as we went. We tried to use all six
of our shots. we had one person film and one act. and we alternated between who acted and who filmed and had a lot of shots to work with. my main role was to film. sometimes it took me a
couple times to get the shot perfect because I'm a perfectionist. we worked pretty well together
and had some fun. but the best part was filming and editing. I really enjoy using premiere and
putting film together. something I would do differently would be the music, but I only had a limited time to find some. some experience I gained was being able to use the camera better, and filming angles.

Sidewalk Chalk

In my groups sidewalk chalk experiment, we learned that some of us have similar interests and ideas.
Although we didn't take it very seriously, we still worked together and completed our drawing.
While we were brainstorming, we had a big variety of ideas. In the end we decided to jumble them all together in a big mess. Picking a spot was the easy part, but deciding how we were going to implement our ideas together was harder. We eventually decided that one of us would start on a drawing and we would expand form there. Color was also an issue because at first we couldn't decide what our color scheme would be but we had to settle on what was available. Looking back, the group we had was pretty good. We knew what we wanted to do and had fun doing it. We also had Nam flashbacks, no comment. But in our next team activity, we will definitely put more work and time into our creations.
